These files can be saved directly to your computer by
right-clicking on the title and selecting "Save Target As..."
If you have an older version of Microsoft Office/Word, you may be
asked for a password when opening a .DOC file. If that happens, simply
click on "OK," leaving the username and password fields blank.
Viewing PDF files requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader
