Ready to turn in your campaign reports? Thank you for helping us keep the campaign moving! Use the instructions below to deliver your materials in person or send them by mail.
Before You Submit
- Utilize the provided State Combined Campaign Pledge Report Envelope
- Ensure your department/agency name is clearly listed on the report envelope
- Include your contact information in the space provided in case follow-up is needed
- Total the number of donors and amount of contributions for each payment method
- Deposit cash/checks at a local Regions Bank branch using the deposit slips provided; then, include the deposit receipt in the report envelope
- Verify all totals listed and that no pledge cards are missing

When you arrive:
1. Pull through the parking gate into the back parking lot
2. Proceed to the entrance on the left-hand side of the building
3. Ring the doorbell, and a member of our team will come meet you
