We are continually grateful for the dedicated community partners that the State Combined Campaign supports! This week, many of them are preparing to fill a substantial gap that a lapse in government benefits will leave. It is instances like these that I — and I hope you are, too — am reminded of their vitality in supporting and sustaining healthy communities across Alabama.
Your leadership in generating support for the SCC allows these community partners to continue effectively serving communities, bringing hope and transformation to countless lives. Words will never express the immense impact you make!
Tomorrow, a global memo will be sent to all state employees about the progress of this year’s campaign and an invite to participate. This is the perfect opportunity to make your rounds again and engage with those who have not yet given. It takes each employee doing their part for us to not only reach the statewide goal but go above and beyond in impacting our communities through giving!
Where Are We At?
As of Week 8, $348,689.55 has been received from 2,834 contributors. This is a big jump over last week! More than I am impressed by the dollar amount, I am impressed by the rise in participation. We go much farther when we go together! Keep your foot on the pedal of engagement.
